Our Dj’s relish the opportunity to provide a service that will keep your function moving along smoothly, setting the level of their performance by your instruction and personalising the music to meet the needs of you and your guests.
n your enquiry about our service and availability via email or phone; we will send you our information pack which includes our ‘Music Questionnaire & Master of Ceremony Sheets’ that will let you know the information we need to know to aid us in providing the idea music and service for your special day. Returning this information at least 4 weeks prior to your function allows time for the DJ to contact you and confirm details or assist in any music suggestion etc.
Master of Ceremony is an important role at your reception. Our DJ’s are happy to provide this service at NO EXTRA CHARGE: In consultation with both you (prior to your function) and function co-ordinator (on the day) We will make sure guest are seated before the announcement of the Bridal Party into the reception, then liaise with the function co-ordinator for other announcements during the evening such as Meals on the way Cutting the cake, speeches, waltz and the Farewell at the conclusion of the evening.
